Join us as a Delivery Service Manager and ensure we provide successful deliveries to our customers, every time.
A satisfying role
Leading a team of coordinators and administrators, you’ll proactively monitor deliveries and process any transactions affecting service levels. Managing a budget, you’ll work with transport teams to ensure successful deliveries to our customers and recommend service solutions based on daily tracking, trends analysis and the monitoring of data. Working to tight timeframes, you’ll constantly review service levels, support the development of performance improvement plans and identify any team member training needs.
