Operations Administrator

Job Description

Operations Administrator

£27,183 annual salary

37.5 hours Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00

Shifts

When you join Medina Foodservice, you’ll become part of a top UK food business. You’ll also become part of Sysco GB – the world's leading foodservice company. We’re growing across the country and aiming to be the absolute best in our industry. So join us in Isle of Wight as a Warehouse Administrator and take your career to the next level.

A satisfying role

As a Operation Administrator, it’ll be your organisational skills and administrative support that helps to keep the Operation moving. Making a real difference to all kinds of teams, you’ll be the key link between our operative colleagues and our systems – making sure customer orders are correctly sent for picking, invoices are processed, and paperwork is accurate. Deadlines are tight, but it’s the chance to thrive in a role where no two nights are the same.

What you bring to the mix

A naturally organised person who prides themselves on their attention to detail, you have everything it takes to succeed:

  • significant experience using software including Microsoft Office
  • the ability to prioritise work with minimal supervision
  • problem-solving skills and the confidence to communicate any issues
  • the ability to build relationships with all kinds of people
  • ideally, experience in a similar warehouse admin role – but this isn’t essential.

Bags of benefits

We take care of our people. On our team, you’ll be able to take your pick from everything from a pension scheme and generous holiday to family-friendly flexibility and you’ll get fantastic discounts on our delicious products too.
