A satisfying role
A key leader in our multi-temperature warehouse, you’ll create a productive, supportive and safe environment where teams thrive, and customers get the very best service. You’ll be working predominately on our day shift from 05:00 until 14:30pm but have the flexibility of working schedule across core hours to deliver for your colleagues by communicating clearly, managing change and making sure health and safety obligations are met. You’ll achieve excellence for customers too – driving performance, hitting targets and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of every shift you lead.

A proven leader with a deep understanding of warehouse functions in an FMCG environment or similar, you have everything it takes to succeed with Brakes:
