Sysco GB is looking for a Fleet Compliance Coordinator to become a key part of our dynamic Fleet Compliance team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in safeguarding our Operator’s Licence and ensuring full adherence to DVSA Earned Recognition standards.
As a Fleet Compliance Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Head of Fleet Compliance, Fleet Compliance Business Partners, and all Sysco GB organisations to maintain the highest standards of driver and vehicle compliance. Your work will directly impact the safety, reliability, and reputation of our fleet operations

Demonstrates strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft programs, with exceptional attention to detail.
Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively to ensure all responsibilities are completed within required timeframes.
Able to meet strict reporting deadlines and deliver accurate, high-quality outputs.
Innovative thinker, able to develop new ideas and reports that support departmental objectives and business needs.
Skilled in collaborative working, with the ability to engage and support multiple stakeholders.
Thrives in challenging environments and is committed to achieving best-in-class compliance standards.
Seeks opportunities for professional growth and development, including working towards a Transport Management Certificate of Professional Competence.

This position is primarily home-based; however, occasional travel will be required, which may include overnight stays.
