We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supply Chain Coordinator / Administrator to join us on a permanent basis at our Grantham Depot. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for a role with lots of variety where you can develop into the first step of management
Working within our Resolutions team you will be an integral part of our Warehouse Operation, dealing with Suppliers and Stakeholders within the business to ensure stock is received, recorded and dispatched correctly and in a timely manner.
Daily, you will liaise directly with our internal Warehouse, Customer service and Finance teams. Whilst liaising with Suppliers/Customers of Brakes UK and our Warehouse to: Coordinate inventory, Update Reporting/Costings and monitor end-to-end delivery. To ensure all logistics on-site runs smoothly.
To be successful in this role you be able to Produce Excel-based charts and tables, mainly using standard templates. Stock Inventory duties where required and assist with quality control of reports, files, and documentation. Ensuring outstanding documents from Depots and Suppliers are received and resolve any anomalies. Additionally, you will be able to Handle customer calls in a polite and empathetic manner. Working with our Customer service team to resolve. Liaise with other departments and negotiate solutions to complex delivery issues. Maintaining effective working relationships within our Export Business. Experience working with SAP, WMS and Pickface Locations would be preferred but is not essential
