  • Maintain and reconcile master data relevant to FP&A (e.g., cost centers, product hierarchies, customer accounts).
  • Monitor data flows between systems, flag inconsistencies, and work with relevant teams to resolve issues. Actively promote good data governance and processes across the business.
  • Support data integrity projects and documentation of data definitions, structures, and ownership.
  • Collaborate with IT, Sales Operations, and Finance teams to support system upgrades and implementations.

Month-End / Ad-hoc Duties

  • Assist in monthly financial close activities, including system reconciliations, data uploads and preparation of standard reports.
  • Prepare variance analysis and support commentary for management reporting.
  • Supporting the budgeting, QBR and forecasting cycles and processes.
  • Managing timetabling and communications to wider finance teams and following up where necessary to ensure that deadlines are met so that tasks can be successfully completed.

About You:

To be successful in this role you will have experience in a finance, data or systems-related role, ideally in a fast-paced or multi-site environment and have strong analytical skills and high attention to detail. You will be comfortable working with large data sets and multiple systems and take a proactive and solutions-focused approach, using your initiative to follow enquiries to a conclusion.
