Brakes are currently recruiting for a Product Lifecycle Manager to join the team on a full time, permanent basis, reporting to the Category Manager.
As the Product Lifecycle Manager, it is your responsibility to take ownership for the categories potential waste. Working collaboratively with relevant key stakeholders to take appropriate actions to mitigate the risk of waste and ensure budgets are achieved.
Our role is offering hybrid working (once training is complete) with 3 days a week in the Ashford office, so you must be within a commutable distance. The site has good transport links and free car park for colleagues. The hours for this role are Monday-Friday 39 hours per week, 8am – 5pm.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
About you:
Ideally you will have a background in Supply Chain, preferably with FMCG environment with high levels of resilience with a proven ability to thrive in a very busy, demanding and pressurised environment. We are looking for someone with a passion for sustainability and for driving environmentally responsible initiatives. You can engage in challenging conversations to drive results, foster accountability, and ensure alignment with both financial and sustainability goals, all while maintaining a constructive, solutions-oriented approach. You will have a good understanding of SAP, BI, Tableau, Microsoft workbooks and possess the ability to interpret analytical data. You will have strong business acumen, with budgetary analysis, a deep understanding of numbers and financial control experience and the ability to prioritise workload.
